Rachel Gordon

Director of Enrollment Management & Program Operations

Rachel joined ISEP in the winter of 2019, as Director of Enrollment Management & Program Operations, after 8 years of working in enrollment management and student advising. Originally from Upstate New York, Rachel completed her bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. During her undergrad, she studied abroad in Madrid, Spain, and fell in love with the world of international education. After graduation, Rachel moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she managed a study abroad program, taught English, and worked as a translator. She holds a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in International Education from George Washington University. While at GW, Rachel studied abroad in Japan through the Kakehashi Young Researchers program. In her free time, Rachel enjoys cooking, playing with her dog Edgar, and of course, planning her next trip abroad.
