Jolene Blackmon

University Relations Manager | Programs in Northern & Central Europe, Southern Europe (excluding Spain & Portugal), Africa & Middle East

Jolene has served as a Student Advisor and as a Student Services Officer at ISEP before transitioning to her role as University Relations Manager and brings her student-facing experience to the forefront when connecting with ISEP Members. As the primary contact for member institutions in her regions, she works closely with coordinators to promote mobility, develop new programs, facilitate strategic initiatives, manage exchange numbers, and uphold membership standards. Jolene graduated with her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and French from Millersville University in 2018 and is even an alumni of ISEP’s program at the Université de Caen in France. She looks forward to helping students have the same type of transformative experiences she has had over the course of her high school and undergraduate study abroad opportunities in Belgium and France. When she’s not in the office you can find her rock climbing, hiking, and planning her next adventure.
